International Shipping Rules

*International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your order.

 *Standard and express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Once you enter your delivery address, you’ll be able to see the available delivery services.

*Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the end of checkout, once you have chosen the method you would like

*Tracking is available on all packages. You will receive an email confirmation from our warehouse once your order is on its way to you, so that you can follow its journey.

* Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

 *Our carrier delivers during normal business hours and may require signature on receipt, so we suggest you order is delivered to a work address rather than a home address.

*Once you order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

 *If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

*Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in our country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please add one business day to transit time.

Delivering to Alternate Addresses

*We can deliver to your billing address or an alternate address. However, orders with different billing and shipping addresses are subject to further verification.

 

Order Verification Process

*Orders over $500 and orders with different billing and shipping addresses are subject to verification.

*You will be required to send us a copy of your government issued ID with the following statement. Please make sure you write or type the information below on a sheet of paper, place your ID on the paper, and SIGN it.

 

Verification Letter

* I (Your Name Here) authorize this purchase on (date), from Myextensionz.  I authorize My Extensionz to charge my credit card ending in (last 4 digits) for the total amount of (enter the total of your purchase including shipping and tax). I would like for My Extensionz to send my order to (Enter Shipping Address)

*Once you have completed the verification letter you can either email or fax our customer service department the documentation.

3. If you do not have a fax machine you can simply just take a picture of your verification letter and send it to 312.493.2189 

 Can I Amend my Delivery Information?

*We are unable to amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete.

 

 Shipping Delays

 For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse on behalf of FedEx. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust FedEx to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us. help@myextensionz.com.   

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

 Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via FedEx to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the $10 fee FedEx charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

 

Lost Shipments

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately 877-577-3830. We will contact FedEx right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending FedEx's investigation findings.
